The employees of MMBS has dedicated over 20 years in the medical field as an American Health Information Management Association Certified Coding Specialist, Certified Billing Specialist, and Accountants as well as serving for various specialties. The founder has served some time with the HIPPA Compliance Committee.
We have an extensive knowledge in all areas of HIPPA Privacy and Security and application of HIPPA requirements in the physician office setting and in other modalities of medicine including PT, OT, DME Supplies, and several other specialties. MMBS has specifically hand selected their employees to specifically fit the needs of their clients and has successfully also ensured the maximum reimbursements for the clients. We do not believe in denials and has been known for getting the impossible done.

The reason the founders started this company was their compassion about the providers having to do quite a bit of write offs due to different incomplete information or unfortunately the follow up not being done in a timely fashion. In this business it is very important to look over and analyze every nickel and dime that's underpaid or denied because they turn into big issues for the providers.
That's why MMBS meets with the front office to try and make them aware they are a very vital part of the billing process. Due to whatever information is collected by them is ultimately billed if they fail at obtaining the necessary info and authorizations this can delay payment which causes accounts to be delinquent.
