The founders of MMBS has dedicated over 20 years in the Health-Care Administration Industry.  The founders of this company have served on the Utilization Review Board of a major insurance company, practice management consultant, and served some time with the HIPPA Compliance Committee. 

 

When MMBS first started about 5 years ago, our founders would travel to different states educating Podiatrist, Chiropractors, DME, and Home Health-care practices on how to literally turn their practice around,  creating better time management skills ,increase revenue, and settle staffing issues.  They literally enabled these practices to promote growth and cut down on a lot of unnecessary overhead cost.  They are known for making the practices work for our clients, instead of our clients working for the practice. 

 

MMBS holds their employees to the same standards that are outlined in

the HIPPA Guidelines.  We expect excellency and ethical business

practices when it comes to our clients and patients. MMBS consists of

employees with at least 10 years of experience in the health-care

administration field. We consist of Certified Coders, Certified Billers,

Certified Accountants, Degreed Account Executives, and a 

seasoned collection department. 

 

We are known for getting higher reimbursements for the specialties

that we have outlined.  We have found a way to get a higher

reimbursement for those procedures that otherwise generated what

we would call poor and unacceptable revenue.

 

For instance with our Podiatrist things like Plantar Facilities, PLA Screws,

Orthotic Devices, Hammertoe procedures, Diabetic Ulcer treatment,

Bunionectomy, this is just a few of our many successful revenue

generating techniques for different procedures that has prove to be

very successful.  With our DME providers, we have exceeded the

expectation of reimbursement for various things like orthopedic boots,

wheelchairs, ointments, prosthesis, even wigs (this is just to name a

few). 

In Chiropractor practices we actually have found a way to

increase their reimbursements as well, Chiropractors used to suffer
