Medical Billing Services: We provide complete medical billing solutions for your practice including electronic claims, paper claims and are available to our clients if they have questions about coding. We provide the clients with charge slips as well as statements, envelopes, return envelopes. All EOB’s and payments will come to the providers office, the provider will then remove the check, charge info, etc.. and will then forward us the EOB and a copy of the check. We will then post and investigate anything that seems to be underpaid or anything needing special attention. We mail out all the statements, but the provider will receive the payments and the copy will be forwarded to our office to make sure the payment gets posted properly.
Medical Coding Services: We provide complete medical coding solutions to your practice including claims analysis, coding audits, and consulting if needed
A/R & Practice Management Consulting Solutions: We provide complete A/R & practice management solutions for your practice including billing, coding and consulting.
Collections: We provide collections on accounts 30-120 days old and we are even willing to work with your practice with making our collection process retroactive in order to retrieve some of those outstanding funds that would be pre MMBS.
